Ir Jeremy Poon

MSc(Mgt), MSc(Eng), AP(HK), CEng, MIET, CQP, MCQI, MHKIE, Eur Ing

Jeremy is an experienced management consultant. He holds master's degrees in management and engineering respectively, and is a registered engineer in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the European Union, and a Chartered Quality Professional in the UK as well. Prior to establishing his consulting firm, he has worked at a multinational high-tech company for several years and at Hong Kong Productivity Council for 26 years. During his service at HKPC, Jeremy has served as a General Manager for various divisions, including Process Management and Mainland Operations, Innovation and IP Management, Productivity Training Institute, and Intellectual Capital Development. He has led his teams to introduce ISO 9000, Total Quality Management, Business Process Reengineering, Lean Manufacturing, TOPfactory, enterprisePOWER, TURN, and Intellectual Capital Management to the industries. He has also served the secretariat for BUD Enterprise Support Programme of the HKSAR Government.

Jeremy is well-versed at business upgrade and transformation, enterprise diagnosis, strategic planning, process management, project management, and quality management. He has served clients from the sectors of manufacturing, construction, petroleum, engineering, and trading, public organizations, and government departments.

Dr Stephen SF Lee

PhD, MSc, CEng, FIMechE, FIET, FHKIE

Dr Lee holds MSc and PhD degrees in engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer of the United Kingdom and a registered engineer in Hong Kong. He has worked in companies in both Hong Kong and the UK, holding various positions in quality assurance, product development and industrial engineering. Dr Lee was a lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Department Head at the Vocational Training Council, and Branch Director (Technology) at Hong Kong Productivity Council. He is experienced in an array of subjects, including automotive, electronics, environmental management, manufacturing technology, material technology, and innovation and intellectual property.


Dr Stephen KN Lee

PhD, MSc, CFP

Dr Lee possesses over 25 years of management consultancy and training experience. He holds PhD and MSc degrees in management and is a Certified Financial Planner. Through process audit, consultancy and customized training, he assists companies in enhancing their operations and process control, and in turn improving their business performance. Dr Lee is very experienced in international management systems standards implementation, and supplier assessment and monitoring. He has served clients from the sectors of chemical, construction, electronics, food, printing, property management, shipping, trading and government departments.


Dr Michael Kwong

DBA, MBA, FIIM, MCIM, MHKIM, RFP, DipM, BA(Hons)

Dr Kwong graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK and Newport University in the USA. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, master's and doctorate degrees in business administration, and a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He possesses over 15 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing. He has worked in various leading media corporations including The Express News as Deputy Sales Director, and the New Evening Post as General Manager, Advertising Department. He was the co-author of "Relationship Marketing: the Business Strategy for E-commerce" and a contributing author of "The 21st Century Business Strategy".

Dr Kwong has been an executive committee member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Hong Kong Branch), an advisor of the Office of Chinese Management Development of City University of Hong Kong, and a founding council member of the International Institute of Management. He has been appointed a specialist for the National Committee of Vocational Accreditation Committee by the China Business Management Association. He also holds memberships of several professional institutions.

Dr Kwong is a popular speaker and trainer. He is frequently invited by corporations and academic institutions of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and mainland China to deliver speech or training. He is now a part-time lecturer and trainer for a number of local universities and professional institutions, a director of several trade associations, and a director and a non-executive director of several corporations.


Dr TW Liu

EngD, MPhil, BSc(Eng), PostGradCert(Law)

Dr Liu was a Senior Consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council and possesses over 25 years of consultancy and training experience in intellectual property. He holds bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in engineering, and a post-graduate certificate in law. His expertise covers the areas of promotion of the use of patent information databases, intellectual property protection, commercialization of innovations, and intellectual property management audit. Dr Liu has participated in drafting the IP Management Standard of Guangdong Province - DB44/T797-2010.



Elsa Fung

BBA(Hons)

Elsa holds a BBA degree with honours and has almost 20 years of experience in management consultancy and training. Her expertise includes the implementation of international standards on quality management, environmental management, information security management, and occupational health and safety. Her clients come from the sectors of property management in the Greater China, engineering, and public organizations.

Sarah Mak

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence as well as Six Sigma Black-belt from ASQ.

Sarah has over 25 years of experience in the Quality Management field, specializing in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvements. She worked as an ISO 9000, QS 9000, ISO 14000, and TickIT (software development) auditor for 7 years, and has audited almost 300 companies globally in a broad spectrum of industries in the manufacturing, service, IT, and software development sectors. She has also worked at various business units of the Dutch giant, Royal Philips, in global capacities relating to Business Excellence, as well as in the property management arm of a locally listed conglomerate.

Currently, Sarah sits on the Qualification Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals (HKIQEP). She is the Regional Executive Director of the Quality Management Division of the American Society of Quality (ASQ), and the Vice President (Internal) of the Executive Committee of the Environmental Management Association of Hong Kong (EMAHK).



Pokit Lok

Pokit has provided consultancy service on business and operations management for over 15 years. He has participated in the projects of IT/IS applications audit, business/operations review, process re-engineering, enterprise system selection and ERP / WMS / CRM / MES / POS / BI / Web implementation.

Pokit has served the companies from various industries including banking, retail, garment, toys, high-tech electronics, home appliances, watches, food and beverage.
